Lauren Bartels, Intern
Hi, I’m Lauren! I specialize in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. While I primarily work with adolescents and young adults, I welcome clients of all ages who are looking for a compassionate, supportive space to heal and grow.
I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Peace & Conflict Studies and Human Development & Family Studies. My background has shaped my passion for understanding the complexities of human relationships and fostering meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and mindfulness-based, meaning I believe you are the expert of your own story. I recognize that each person’s journey is unique, and I strive to create a personalized therapeutic experience that honors your individual needs.
My goal is to provide a warm, inviting, and nonjudgmental environment where we can work together to identify your strengths, build resilience, and foster personal growth. I want you to feel comfortable, capable, and empowered as we navigate your path forward.
I’m so glad you’re here, and I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey!
