Hello! My name is Victoria, and I provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in working with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, low self-esteem, grief, or big life changes. I also work with individuals who are healing from PTSD and other trauma-related experiences. My goal is to help children better understand their feelings, build confidence, and feel safe expressing themselves.

As someone who personally understands how hard it can be to take the first step toward mental wellness, I bring warmth, patience, and compassion into every session. I believe therapy should move at a pace that feels right for each child. I take the time to get to know your child as a whole person—including their family background, culture, and unique personality—so that we can work together to create a plan that truly supports their growth.

I earned my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and am currently working under supervision while I await my LPC license. I’m committed to being a supportive and reliable guide in your child’s healing journey.

As the author Matt Haig once said, “Mental health problems don’t define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain, and you feel the rain, but you are not the rain.”

I'm here to help your child find the sunshine again.
